The Cultural Policy Action Lab is a leadership and professional development community of practice program for public sector workers who seek to advance racial equity through arts and culture and public policy. It consists of an open source 8-part web learning series (public, open to all) and a nationally selected learning cohort of public sector leaders in an intentional community of practice working to strengthen applied policy transformation.

Washington State Creative Economy Strategic Plan

Client: Washington Department of Commerce and Western States Arts Federation (WESTAF)

Convened a working group of 30 creatives from throughout the state to co-create a strategic plan for the creative industries. Involving economic development research, extensive policy analysis, and statewide qualitative engagement, the plan aims to grow the creative economy while reducing disparities and mitigating barriers to Washington's creative industries.
